General Rules
1. Adjectives go directly before a noun to describe or specify the noun that you are talking about.
  • The short, blonde girl is my sister.
  • You have beautiful, blue eyes.

2. An adjective can also go after a conjugation of “to be”.
  • My grandpa is old.
  • We are happy because it’s Friday.

3. Adjectives in English are invariable, meaning they don’t change form based on whether the noun is singular or plural.
  • My dad is tall. My brothers are tall, too.​
